REFUNDS
IslamicGems purpose is to offer one of a kind elite products at inexpensive prices.
If you feel our item(s) were misrepresented returns will be accepted. Please contact us before sending your items(s) back. If any item(s) is returned without previous notification to ISLAMICGEMS. Item(s) will be mailed back to buyer, and buyer will be charged for reshipment. If you would like to return your item after discussing the return with ISLAMICGEMS, please mark the "Return" box on the original receipt, and return the unused item(s). All returns will be credited to the original credit card that was used for the purchase. The shipping charges are nonrefundable. Due to hygienic reasons hijabs and headbands are not refundable. Sorry for any inconvenience.
EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging your item(s) for another ISLAMICGEMS product(s), you will need to go through the refund process. Then purchase the item you desire separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Send your unused items back to us via insured mail through U.S. Mail or FedEx for your protection. You may also want to purchase the tracking service to know the up-to-date status on your return. Save the shipping receipt for your records until the credit for your return appears on your statement.
Please allow 15 to 20 business days for us to receive and process your return. All returns will be credited to the original credit card. We will notify you by e-mail once we have processed your return. No cash refunds will ever be issued.
If the item is found to have been worn or altered in any way, ISLAMICGEMS reserves the right to refuse a refund or an exchange of the item. We will mail the item back to you along with a statement of denial for your refund/exchange request.
TAX
All tax incurred by ISLAMICGEMS will be paid by ISLAMICGEMS. We want our customers to worry about one less charge.
